Toast With Cream Cheese, Macerated Berries And Lavender Salt With Almonds And Basil

So I have this thing on my Instagram called “toast Wednesdays”. The name says it all: each week I posted a recipe for toast that I cook for breakfast and it happens on Wednesday. I’m trying to be consistent and so far have not missed a Wednesday. This recipe is a good example of what I usually cook. The main rule for me is to make it more interesting and a little bit challenging to cook, like if I was catering for a posh party.
